Guacamole is a classic dip of Mexican cuisine and is also very popular in Tex-Mex dishes. Many of us like to eat this avocado dip with nachos & co. It is not only delicious but also comparatively healthy. With this guacamole recipe, you can make fresh guacamole yourself in not even 15 minutes.

Zutaten
  

  • 3 Avocado
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 few Steams fresh coriander
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Hot Pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 Tbs cumin and oregano
  • some Salt & Pepper

Anleitungen
 

  • First chop the coriander and cut the tomatoes, onion and pepperoni into small pieces. Leave out the soft, liquid part of the tomato and also the seeds of the peppers, if you don’t like it that hot.
  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the core. You can either use a spoon or cut the core with a knife and then loosen and pull it out like a screwdriver. Spoon out the flesh and put it in a bowl.
  • Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the bowl. Crush the avocado and mix it with the lime juice. The juice prevents the guacamole from turning brown and improves the taste.
  • Now add the remaining ingredients and mix them all together to a nice creamy guacamole. If you like, you can add a pressed clove of garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve the homemade guacamole with nachos or grilled food.
