Summertime is grill time, in autumn there is pumpkin and in winter often cabbage and Co. In every season there are typical dishes in our country and in the world. Some of these dishes cannot always be assigned to a certain region, either because many regions cook similarly or because some of these recipes are simply spontaneous creations of mine.

Autumn is pumpkin season and in combination with cheese, it becomes doubly delicious. This recipe for a pumpkin-cheese fondue is perfect for a convivial evening with family and friends. Add a little toasted bread and this feel-good meal is ready.
